EAS / BUILT IN A FLASH
Prototype first. Scope second. Build what matters.

Take the prototype.
Make it work.

These are working directions, not boxed software products. We shape the starting prototype with AI, old datasets, our own build systems, and human review — then the real work begins when you decide what the system needs to do for your business.

OPTION 01 / DOWNLOAD IT
$0

FREE. Take it.

Download the prototype, install it yourself, modify it, learn from it, tear it apart, or hand it to your own developer. At minimum, please leave creator credit somewhere in the build.

WHAT “FREE” MEANS

The floor model is yours.

What you download is a prototype: the visual system, interaction direction, information architecture, and front-end bones. Some controls may be demonstrations only.

Every button, form, dashboard, role, search, map, notification, or workflow can be connected to real endpoints and made operational — by us or by another qualified developer.

HTML5ResponsivePortableNo lock-in

One template can serve 2 employees or 500.

The price does not come from the pretty screen. It comes from what has to happen behind it.

01 / PROTOTYPE

Free

Download the concept as-is. This is the starting point — the “floor model” you can see and touch.

02 / BASIC INSTALL

Starts at $500

We install the basic prototype as presented, connect your domain/path, apply simple business information, and get the floor model online.

03 / CUSTOM SYSTEM

Scope it

Add accounts, databases, APIs, payments, permissions, automation, locations, integrations, admin tools, reporting, or anything else the operation requires.

Build estimator.

Not a quote. Answer who you are first and we only show you the parts that apply to you.

Step 1 of 4

Who are we building this for?

This decides what we show you next. Pick the closest one — nobody gets a list of things they will never need.

The website can leave the screen.

Need the online system to make something happen inside the building, at the counter, in the warehouse, or at an event? That is still software — and we build that too.

ONLINE → STAFF

Alert somebody.

A customer submits something, inventory drops, a request changes status, a VIP arrives, a payment clears — alert the right person, screen, queue, or device.

ONLINE → PRINTER

Print something.

Kitchen ticket. Work order. Packing slip. Wristband label. Pickup ticket. Asset label. The system can route the right output where it needs to go.

ONLINE → PHYSICAL

Change something.

Update a display, flip a status, unlock a supported workflow, trigger signage, change a queue, or talk to hardware through the right endpoint.

EVENTS / ACCESS / CREDENTIALS

Tired of ticket sharing? Build the rules into the ticket.

Custom QR, NFC, wristband, badge, or membership credentials can be tied to live validation rules instead of relying on a screenshot of a barcode. Check-in status, re-entry rules, duplicate-use detection, staff scanning, attendee permissions, and event-specific access can all be part of the system.

No system can promise that fraud is literally impossible, but you can make casual sharing far harder and give staff a real-time source of truth instead of guessing at the gate.

Maintenance without the meeting tax.

These rates assume you supply your own paid AI workspace and use it as the first translation layer: you explain the problem in plain language, your AI packages it into a clean technical brief, we review, correct, and execute. We still make the technical decisions — AI does not approve production changes. Skip that workflow and support falls back to normal consulting rates, because somebody still has to do the translation work.

01 / YOU

Describe it normally.

“The ticket screen should alert the kitchen only after payment clears, and managers need an override.” No ticket-writing degree required.

02 / YOUR AI

Turn it into a brief.

Your paid AI workspace organizes the request into workflow, affected screens, rules, edge cases, examples, and what “done” should look like.

03 / EAS

Review. Fix. Ship.

We validate the brief, ask only what is actually missing, make the change, test it, and return the result.

“Small change” means contained work that ships without redesigning the architecture: wording, fields, labels, validation rules, report filters, notification text, minor workflow logic, status changes, small admin controls, endpoint mapping. New modules, major integrations, migrations, hardware deployments, and redesigns are scoped separately before work begins.

Everything starts as a case.

Need help, run a nonprofit, or think you got bushwacked? Do not book a sales call. Open a case. We review the facts first. If there is work to do, the case becomes a project. We fix the case, close it, and move on.

CASE → PROJECT → CLOSED

We do not collect clients. We solve cases.

A case is the problem. If the case requires build work, it becomes a project with a defined scope, owner, evidence, acceptance criteria, and finish line. We complete the project, verify the case is resolved, close it, and move on. If you need us again later, open another case.

EAS CASE INTAKE

Open a case.

One case. One record. One history. One set of facts. If it turns into work, that same case becomes the project.

Case first. Project only if needed.
Opening a case does not obligate you to buy anything. We review the facts, decide whether there is actually something to solve, and tell you the next useful step. If work is approved, the case becomes a project. When the result meets the acceptance criteria, the project is finished and the case is closed.

Make sure you are comparing the same product.

“Template A” is not a $500 product or a $20,000 product. It is a starting architecture — a marketing site and an operational system can look identical on the front end while doing completely different jobs behind the screen.

TRADITIONAL WEBSITE

Mostly informs.

  • Pages and marketing content
  • Contact forms
  • Basic SEO
  • Photos, menus, services, hours
  • Often little or no operational logic
WORKING BUSINESS SYSTEM

Helps run the operation.

  • Databases and business rules
  • Accounts, roles and permissions
  • Alerts, queues and staff screens
  • Printers, scanners, NFC, QR and supported hardware
  • Payments, APIs, automation and reporting

A website tells people what your company does. A system helps your company do it.
