Epic App Solutions is a two-man development firm. The work gets structured around the actual case — not around a canned package somebody invented for a checkout page.

The ask, the budget, the duration, and the skill sets required determine how the engagement is put together.

Sometimes one of us makes the most sense. Sometimes both. Sometimes the project needs another specialist for one part of the job. That's normal.

We discuss. We prototype. Then the paper gets signed.

We may spend meaningful time proving a case before we recoup it. That's our business decision. Production development still waits for the agreement.

A month? Two years? Depends on the problem.

We do not pretend every project is the same size.

A narrow technical engagement might take a month. A platform, integration, operating relationship, or long-term product effort can last years.

It depends on the ask. It depends on the budget. It depends on the work.

We keep specialists around the firm, not sitting idle on payroll.

When a case needs a specialty, we bring in the right outside professional or specialist business for that scope. Think of it like a tool belt: use the right tool when the job calls for it.

06 // Billing

You should never get a random bill from us.

Billing should match the agreement and the work everybody already understands.

If you ever receive an invoice from EAS that you do not understand or were not expecting, call us. Always.

If the question belongs with accounting, administration, or the CPA handling the engagement, we will put you with the right person. You do not need to guess who to call.
