The oven is the restaurant. It's fired at 5pm and runs til close. Every pizza goes in at 900°, comes out in 60 seconds — charred, blistered, and still alive. You can't fake it with a conveyor oven. You can't rush it. You just have to show up and tend the fire.
Walk-ins welcome at the bar. For tables, book ahead — we run a tight floor and most nights fill up by 6pm.
