The person

My story.

I'm Bambi. Part gypsy, part cowgirl, all food preservation. I grew up watching my grandma can everything that came out of her garden — and somewhere between the apricot jam and the pickled okra, I fell in love with the whole thing.

The show started as a way to keep her recipes alive. It turned into something bigger — classes, a recipe archive, and a community of people who want to know where their food came from and how to keep it.

Every jar has a story. That's the whole point.
