EAS Case Intake / Start Here

What’s your case?

Everything we do is a case — and it can be that simple. “I need a website” is a complete case. Tell us what is happening, who it affects, what you have tried, what is at risk, and what a useful outcome looks like. We consult to see whether we can help, and when we take a case we usually prototype until we know we can build it — before money changes hands.

We call itA case—not a sales lead.
We evaluateFit, facts, access, impact, and solvability.
We still areA for-profit solutions firm.
The dealNo money up front while we prove it can work.

Build the case file.

Answer what you know. Say “unknown” when you do not. A clean case is more useful than a polished pitch. This intake routes privately to the EAS case desk through our Discord workflow and company email.

Case 01 / Define it

What is your case?

Skip the pitch deck language. Give us the situation as plainly as you can.

Maximum 700 characters. Facts beat adjectives.

Yes, we make money. No, money is not the whole case.

Epic App Solutions is a for-profit solutions firm. Some cases are paid, some begin as prototypes, some are partner work, and some are helped because the outcome matters.

Our pricing, margins, internal methods, and individual client arrangements are company business. Your job is to tell us the case honestly. Our job is to decide whether and how we can help.

How do we survive working this way? We do — and we don’t share our secrets. If you’re uncomfortable not paying up front while we prove the idea can work, this is not the place for you. And cash investors are not a fit here at all — the only investors we work with are the ones who work at their own business. Just handing people money to make you money is not our style.

Even Colonel Sanders did not hand everybody the recipe. Company secrets are still company secrets.
