What that number actually means.
This is not a suitcase full of cash. It is a way to show the public what serious product development, systems work, engineering time, iteration and technical management can actually cost.
“Up to $100,000” refers to professional services and development capacity valued using EAS’s normal internal/project rates. Final scope, deliverables, ownership, responsibilities and any ongoing partnership would be defined in writing before work begins.
