Parents do not want to hunt through five social pages to understand your program.
They want to know what you teach, who it is for, when it happens, what it costs, whether there is room and how to come see the place.
The same logic works across daycare, preschool, martial arts, dance, fitness, tutoring, STEM programs and specialized instruction.
Start with the front door: programs, schedules, staff, expectations, enrollment, trial or tour requests, contact and the information people repeatedly ask for.
Then watch what happens.
If attendance becomes the bottleneck, build attendance. If parents need messaging, build parent communication. If the school needs progression, belts, streaks, payments or a mobile app, build those when they become real operational needs.
