Jade was backstage visiting a friend's band — nothing formal, no big production. Just one of those moments that comes from knowing people, showing up, and being around the work.

That's something we've always valued in our network.

You watch how other people execute. You trade ideas. You critique the work. Sometimes another set of eyes sees something you've been standing too close to notice.

Jade isn't exactly known for loving the camera, but there was one thing he was always proud to show: the tattoo on his arm honoring one of his favorite musicians — Stevie Wonder.

“If you're blind and can still dress like that, you were born with style and class. Oh — and he sings pretty damn good too.”

That was Capt.'s assessment.
