From small community shows to defined technical and design responsibilities on exhibition floors as large as Miami: trucks, forklifts, boats, devices, displays, staging, and the problems that only appear on site.

What the work included

Not a photo op. Field execution.

For some companies, Jade handled the setup from start to finish. On the largest productions, the role was deliberately scoped to technology, design, device preparation, and on-floor problem solving.

The final presentation depended on work customers never saw: moving equipment safely, configuring hardware, clearing installation problems, loading content, checking bilingual displays, and staying until the floor was ready.

The same principle applied at smaller shows. EAS works from a real budget and outcome, not a canned price. A modest table setup and a major marine floor use different plans; neither works without a number, a scope, and someone willing to finish the unglamorous part.

A Carolina Skiff placed into the production.

Jade supplied and placed the boat used in Racket County’s “Sunday” video. The project crossed marine product access with music-video production without pretending EAS made the record or directed the film.
