“A Literary Crawl Through the Green-Meldrim House” runs on Fridays and Saturdays throughout October, with two showtimes each night at 6 and 7:30 p.m.
Now in its second year, the experience features all new passages read aloud inside the Gothic Revival house, blending history, architecture and literature. Writers featured include Flannery O’Connor, Conrad Aiken and John Berendt, with Johnny Mercer’s song lyrics presented as poetry.
Tickets are $18 and reservations are required through greenmeldrimhouse.org.
