That is not what we are saying.
Epic App Solutions has decided that $500 can be a reasonable starting point for somebody who simply needs to get online and start building.
That is very different.
The $500 Is the Door
The $500 gets the conversation moving.
You answer questions. We use AI to help turn those answers into a first revision quickly.
Then you look at it.
You tell us what you like. You tell us what you hate. You answer me. I answer you. We revise it.
Now we are collaborating.
That is the human interaction.
AI does not remove it.
It makes that back-and-forth faster.
We Prototype the Vision First
We may use stock imagery during the prototype stage.
Not because we want to ship your business with somebody else’s horses, cakes, dresses, or products.
We use it to communicate the idea.
You look at the prototype and say:
“I can see my horses there.”
“I can see my cakes there.”
“I can see my dresses there.”
“I understand what you’re trying to build.”
Great.
Now we have alignment.
Then we replace the placeholder material with your actual photography and assets.
Stock imagery can help sell the vision.
Your photography should sell your business.
Every Business Is Different
A basic HTML site is a website.
A customer portal is a website.
A scheduling platform is a website.
A website with a database is still a website.
A system serving 10 employees is not the same project as a system serving 15,000.
Maybe you need one administrator. Maybe they need hundreds of permission levels.
Maybe you need a contact form. Maybe they need payment processing, custom APIs, internal workflows, or facial recognition.
Those are different engineering problems.
AI Does Not Ship Our Work
We use AI heavily.
Absolutely.
But AI does not decide when something leaves our shop.
Humans do.
Our process has human stops built into it.
Nothing ships because an AI said, “Looks good.”
It gets reviewed. It gets checked. It gets approved.
If I am responsible for that part, I approve it. If Tim is responsible for that part, he approves it.
Then it moves.
AI helps us move faster between those checkpoints.
It does not replace the checkpoints.
What $500 Actually Means
It means: You can start.
You do not have to walk in with $30,000.
You do not have to know everything you will eventually need.
You do not have to buy the final version of your company on day one.
Start with the face. Build the vision. Use it. Learn from it.
Then add the database. Add the users. Add the workflows. Add the automation. Add the custom engineering when the business actually needs it.
That is not a cheap website.
That is a controlled entry point into a larger system.
