Real mentorship in business and technology leadership for students and young entrepreneurs — built by someone who came up through the same organization.
Cap ran an FBLA chapter in high school, then again in college. That's not a line on a resume here — it's the reason this group exists. FBLA is where a lot of people first learn what real leadership costs: showing up prepared, making a call when nobody else will, and being accountable when the plan doesn't survive contact with reality.
The Business Leadership Group is EAS's way of putting that back into circulation. Students, young entrepreneurs, and FBLA chapters get direct access to people who actually build and run companies — not a canned curriculum, not a keynote, just real answers from people who've been in the room.
FBLA chapter advisors looking for a judge, speaker, or mentor connection. Students building a real business idea who want a working answer, not a textbook one. Young entrepreneurs early enough in the process that good advice now saves a year of mistakes later. Always free — this is not a paid consulting arm.
